An ongoing relationship over three to six months. I'm available for the calls as they come up, and stay close enough to the work to answer them properly.
I follow what your team ships and sit in when a design is being argued. A question that arrives on a Tuesday then starts from where the code actually is.
Most of what comes up is settled in a call. When something turns out to be larger than that, it can be lifted out and run as its own engagement, and the months of context behind it make that a shorter piece of work than it would be cold.
A fixed fee for the term, set before it begins.
